This year, FIDLab Awards announced on the international coproduction platform of FIDMarseille

FIDLAB 16th EDITION AWARDS

The 16th edition of FIDLab took place on June 27th and 28th.

This year, FIDLab – the international coproduction platform of FIDMarseille – showcased ten exceptional projects out of over 410 submissions, representing 10 different production countries. The excitement began with the presentation of these ten projects as well as the two laureate projects from the Joaquim Jordà Residency Program, followed by one-to-one meetings on Thursday & Friday. These meetings facilitated vibrant connections between project teams and film professionals from around the globe. The enthusiasm and dedication of the professionals resulted in about 200 fruitful meetings.

Our dear FIDLab jury, consisting of Madeline Robert, consultant and head of the Visions Sud Est Fund; Dennis Ruh, former director of the European Film Market and Film Festival Expert; and Romanian producer Ada Solomon, lent their expertise and passion to the event. Their invaluable insights and dedication led to the awarding of ten in-kind prizes. Thanks to the generosity of both longtime and new FIDLab partners, the winning projects received high-quality technical and logistical resources.
